Christos Staikouras, Minister of Infrastructure & Transport, Greece, signed a contract with Yutong for 250 e-buses on 3rd, October, which will be put into operation in Athens and Salonica by the end of April next year. The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport is committed to significantly improving the daily lives of residents in the two city centers and fulfills the promise by supplying the first batch of 250 state-of-the-art 12m e-buses. It is foreseeable that the release of these e-buses will greatly facilitate green and sustainable development and improve the conditions of public transport in Greece.
