The handover ceremony of airfield buses from Yutong to China Eastern Airlines (CEA) was grandly held in Zhengzhou Yutong Industrial Park on January 18, 2018. 19 units of Yutong ZK6140BD airfield buses were officially delivered to CEA, marking that the cooperation between Yutong and CEA has reached a new level.

China Eastern Airlines is one of the three major state-owned air transport groups in China. It is worth mentioning that this is not the first-time cooperation of the two companies. Yutong had already delivered totally 21 airfield buses to CEA in four batches before. This time, another 19 units would be handed over, fully showcasing the trust of CEA in Yutong’s products.

Airport acts like a “window” of a city to the outside world while airfield buses are the most optical element of the window, which can enhance the core competitiveness of airlines and airports, and become a strong support in improving the service level.

According to the person in charge of CEA, the deliveries of a single batch have set a record in the industry. These vehicles will be put into use in Shanghai Pudong International Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport. Shanghai, the city in China, is also the busiest aviation hub in China. Choosing Yutong airfield buses to run in such an important place fully proves that Chinese brands are making continuous progress toward world-class quality.
