Xie Fuzhan, vice provincial party chief and provincial governor, inspected Yutong while conducting investigation on the development of Zhengzhou automotive industry. Wu Tianjun, Standing Committee Member of CPC Henan Provincial Committee and party chief of CPC Zhengzhou Municipal Committee, and other provincial and municipal leaders inspected Yutong together with Xie. During the inspection, Xie praised Yutong is a far-sighted excellent enterprise and encouraged Yutong to win fame in the market and elevate the proprietory brand with products of high quality, high safety and high cost-effectiveness.

Accompanied by Tang Yuxiang, president of Yutong Group, Xie and his entourage visited the chassis workshop, final assembly workshop No.2 , experiment center as well as the final assembly workshop in Yutong New Energy Vehicle Plant. The huge industrial park, modern production line, luxury Yutong buses and so on have left a deep impression on Xie. 

During the visit, Tang briefly reported the production and operation status of the company. Xie recognized Yutong’s order-oriented production mode and stressed that Yutong needed to continuously increase the market share, follow the state-of-the-art criterions of bus manufacturing, improve the manufacturing capability, focus on brand publicity and expand the market development space.

Sun boarded the Yutong school bus, hybrid bus and airport bus with great interest and learned about the product performances as well as prices and market shares of the products. After knowing that Yutong launched the first special school bus in China early in 2007, Xie praised that Yutong correctly judged the market development trends and is a far-sighted excellent enterprise. 

After learning the performances and prices of Yutong electric buses and hybrid buses, Xie expressed the fuel-efficiency and environment-friendliness are the trend of automotive development and the state supports the national auto brands which have the proprietory intellectual property. The enterprises should grasp the development opportunity, meet the market demands and win fame with products of high quality, high safety and high cost-effectiveness.

Xie also discussed the market space of school buses, electric city buses and business purpose buses together Tang, and encouraged Yutong to achieve greater development with sophisticated products.
