The Guangzhou Transportation Expo 2013 was held in Guangzhou, Guangdong province on August 20, 2013. ZK6105CHEVNG1：integral hybrid city bus

The ZK6105CHEVNG1 hybrid city bus, which is also the bus model the Dongguan city bus company has bought 100 units in March of this year, is 10.5-meter long with a capacity of 76 passengers. The vehicle has adopted the new generation of hybrid powertrain system and is equipped with super capacitor energy storage device, which can be self-charged in the running process. Featuring integral structure and lightweight, this vehicle, compared with the conventional diesel one, has saved 30 percent of the daily fuel costs during the trial operation in Dongguan, Guangdong province.    

ZK6125HNG2：integral lightweight city bus　　

Fueled with LNG, the city bus can greatly reduce the exhaust emissions and improve the air quality, thus improving the living environment. Apart from that, the ZK6125HNG2 is also outstanding in terms of the safety. Through the integral body structure, advanced CAE finite element analysis and optimized body structural design, the vehicle perfectly combines the high rigidity with the lightweight. The durability, safety and structural strength of the vehicle are ensured while reducing the weight.  

In respect of the gas technology, the tightness of the gas pipelines is ensured via one-step forming pipes, professional high pressure testing and vacuuming process so as to minimize the leakage possibility. In addition, Yutong, through the gas leak detector, dedicated unloading switch, high sensitivity barometer and so on, will also timely detect the abnormal situation, thus improving the safety of the city bus.

ZK6119DX11：a school bus with multiple safety guarantees

The 11-meter ZK6119DX11 school bus at the stand attracted the eyes of visitors. This school bus is developed and produced according to the market demands of Guangdong area, which is suitable for the students in primary and middle schools. In order to ensure the safety of students, the whole vehicle adopts annular frame member structure and has undergone several times of rollover tests, which can always guarantee the survival space for passengers.
