During 27-30 July, 40 kids of Yutong’s employees and 30 kids from quake-hit area in Sichuan province participated in the summer camp activities held by Yutong.           

In the morning of July 27th, the participants took part in the opening ceremony held at Tengfei Square of Yutong Industrial Park. After that, they visited the plant. The internationally advanced chassis workshop, final assembly workshop of high-end buses, state-of-the-art electrocoating lines, shower test and modern production lines have left a deep impression on the participants and they were proud of the quick development of China’s national industry.

In the afternoon of July 27th, the participants went to Zhengzhou Welfare Center for Children, having a get-together with the children there and transferring their friendship and love to them. On behalf of Yutong company, Ms. Peng Xueming, the vice president of Yutong, presented the welfare center some entertainment equipments and toys, such as trampoline, combined swing frame, rotating chairs, rocking horses, etc. Children are the future of the motherland and the society, every child should receive more attention and care, said Peng at the donation ceremony. Both the participants and the kids in the welfare center performed a variety of programs at the get-together party.
     
The activities from evening of 27th to 28th were held in the experimental base of Zhengzhou No. 8 Middle School. The participants completed different training programs, like treasure hunting at night, minefields, fetching water from mined areas, life goal, etc., in which they deepened their friendship and expanded their minds.
      
Through these activities, the spiritual outlook of the participants has changed dramatically and they understood the concepts of team, friendship, tolerance and grow-up more deeply than before.

In order to give the children a better understanding of the Central Plain’s culture, Yutong company has specially arranged them to visit different places and sightseeing spots, such as Zhengzhou Science and Technology Center, Shaoling Temple, Henan Museum, Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden in Kaifeng city, etc.
